Kick-Off Event
We officially start our new mentoring cycle with the Kick-Off Event and welcome all new participants.You receive the most important information on the process and get tips from experienced mentors. Participation in the event is oligatory for students. Mentors can participate voluntarily.
Get Together
During our Q&A session, experienced participants report on their mentoring exchange and the mentoring team answers open questions. We provide you with the best possible support in shaping the mentoring relationship and try to eliminate any initial uncertainties. Over aperitifs, you will have the opportunity to network with other participants.
Workshop
The workhop is particularly addressed to mentees and mentors who are participating for the first time. At the workshop, you share expectations, goals and perspectives. Small groups discuss potential challenges and chances of the mentoring and develop approaches on how to shape the exchange over two years.
You can participate in the workshop as mentoring tandem as well as single person. The number of participants is lmited to 30 persons.
Summer Event
At the Summer Event, we welcome all active participants (mentees and mentors) of the Mentoring Programme. Our guest speaker will inspire you with an exciting and topical subject. Afterwards, you can exchange ideas with other participants over an aperitif.
